Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
We offer a 14-day returns policy on all unused items. Whether you'd prefer a full refund or an exchange, we'll cover the cost of return postage — no quibbles.
What can be returned?
We accept returns on any item that is unused and in its original condition, with all original packaging intact. Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
What cannot be returned?
For safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any acid refill bottles or chemical solutions that have been opened or used. This policy is in place to protect both our customers and our team. If you have received a faulty or incorrect chemical product, please contact us and we will resolve this for you.
Refunds or exchanges
You can choose either a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different product of equal or greater value. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving the returned item.
Return postage
We cover the cost of return postage for all eligible returns. Once you have contacted us to initiate a return, we will send you a prepaid returns label by email.
How to start a return
Email us at returns@anyoldgold.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We aim to respond within one working day with your prepaid returns label and further instructions.
